Using the Mindspace Portal: Overview

In order to use the Mindspace portal, first log in to your Hirer account.  And at the top of the page, click Mindspace.  From here, you will see our drop down interface, and a short description of what Mindspace is.

Click the drop down menu to choose an action. 

To learn more about how to perform each option, follow the links below:

  • Create a benchmark for my role
    • Sets a desired baseline to compare applicants against. 
    • Also allows you to send the Benchmark survey to other individuals in your team, which compiles the results into a single benchmark.
  • Manage an existing survey
    • This page will let you add more people to a survey group.
    • Also shows the completion status for each individual.
    • You can also send emails to the individuals reminding them to complete the surveys.
  • Generate an assessment
    • Use this to assess the results of a survey against a benchmark,
    • Also allows you to see reports for individuals.
  • Assess a team's Cultural Alignment
    • Currently this can only be performed by a trained Mindspace Specialist.
